SESSION SUMMARY: This virtual presentation created by NJ's Clean Energy Program will speak about the 2020 New Jersey State Energy Master Plan (EMP) goal of 100% Clean Energy by 2050 and implementation of its seven strategies to reach that goal, potentially impact analysis and design for commercial, industrial and residential buildings within New Jersey. Specific examples will show how increasing building utility through high energy efficiency, renewable energy, and distributed generation technologies can impact occupant and community wellbeing.
ANNUAL MEETING: The annual meeting will begin at 6:00 PM and the agenda will include a Financial Report and a Report on the State of the Chapter as well as election of Board Members (see nominees below) and discussion and voting on proposed bylaws revisions. A commentary describing the 2020 bylaws revisions can be found at the follow link. At this link there is a complete version of the current bylaws adopted in 2018 and a complete copy of the proposed 2020 bylaws with revisions highlighted. Please note the topic for the CEU portion was initially advertised as a AIA NJ Committee on the Environment (COTE) presentation with more details to follow, but due to scheduling issues the COTE Presentation had to be delayed. We hope to have that presentation in early 2021.
